Compression is provided in several profiles from Baseline for low-end applications to High Profile for HD material.

Click TO AAC button placed along on the top of the AVC to AAC converter interface. It means you want to convert AVC to AAC.

Click the drop-down list next to AAC profile, and you can select a preset AAC profile for the output AAC file.

Click Edit... button to set more details, if you want to customize the parameters of your selected profile.

AAC stands for either MPEG2 Advanced Audio Coding or MPEG4 Advanced Audio Coding. AAC is most widely used in Apple Computer's line of iPod portable music players.MPEG2 AAC can produce better audio quality than MP3 using less physical space for the files.
