Click the upper Browse... button to select H264 file you would like to convert.
Browse for the necessary H264 file in the opened Windows Explorer Window. Click Open button next to the filename of the Windows Explorer Window to load H264 file to RER Audio Converter - H264 to AAC converter.

H264 is a standard for video compression, and is equivalent to MPEG-4 Part 10, or MPEG-4 AVC (for Advanced Video Coding). The final drafting work on the first version of the standard was completed in May 2003. As of 2008, it is the latest block-oriented motion-compensation-based codec standard developed by the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group (VCEG) together with the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG), and it was the product of a partnership effort known as the Joint Video Team (JVT). The ITU-T H.264 standard and the ISO/IEC MPEG-4 Part 10 standard (formally, ISO/IEC 14496-10) are jointly maintained so that they have identical technical content.

Click TO AAC button placed along on the top of the H264 to AAC converter interface. It means you want to convert H264 to AAC.

Click the drop-down list next to AAC profile, and you can select a preset AAC profile for the output AAC file.

Click Edit... button to set more details, if you want to customize the parameters of your selected profile.

AAC stands for either MPEG2 Advanced Audio Coding or MPEG4 Advanced Audio Coding. AAC is most widely used in Apple Computer's line of iPod portable music players.MPEG2 AAC can produce better audio quality than MP3 using less physical space for the files.
