Convert OGM to MPEG

Click the upper Browse... button to select your OGM file you would like to convert.
Browse for the necessary OGM file in the opened Windows Explorer Window. Click Open button next to the filename of the Windows Explorer Window to load OGM file to RER Video Converter - OGM to MPEG converter.
You may also click + button or use drag-and-drop to add multiple OGM files.

OGG Media (OGM), meaning OGG Media File, is a container format (for video, audio and subtitle streams). It was developed by Tobias Waldvogel and can do a few things the common AVI format cannot. OGM's features include in particular: Vorbis audio support (there is no standard way for AVI to support Vorbis, making any attempt unreliable and potentially incompatible with players). OGM support for Windows (including Microsoft's Windows Media Player) is available via Waldvogel's own OGGDS, Haali Media Splitter, ALLPlayer, MPlayer, VLC, or RadLight's OGG Media filters (the last of which can also decode Theora video). On Unix-based systems OGM support is available in MPlayer, xine, VLC, and any player utilizing the GStreamer framework (such as Totem or Kaffeine).

Click TO MPEG button placed along on the top of the OGM to MPEG Converter interface. It means you want to convert OGM to MPEG.

Click the drop-down list next to MPEG profile, you can select a preset MPEG profile for the output MPEG file.
Click Edit... button to set more details, if you want to customize the parameters of your selected profile.

MPEG stands for Moving Pictures Expert Group.
MPEG-1 is the video format that has had some extremely popular spin-offs and side products, most notably MP3 and Video CD.
MPEG-2 is not a successor for MPEG-1, but an addition instead. MPEG-2 is used in digital TVs, DVD-Videos and in SVCDs.
