Check your SPAM FILTER

In order to get highly support in time, please check that your spam filter is adjusted so that you are able to receive mail from support@rersoft.com and sales@rersoft.com. This is very important of late the occurrences when our support cannot reach our customers in time because our letters are being rejected by their anti-spam programs, are becoming rather frequent. We answer ALL support requests within 24 hours, but usually it takes much less time.
