Click the upper Browse... button to select XviD files you would like to convert. In the opened Windows Explorer Window browse for the necessary XviD file. Click To M4A button placed along on the top of the XviD to M4R converter interface.

Click Edit... button and the dialog box of Edit M4A Profiles will pop up. Then click the drop-down list next to Extension and choose M4R as output file format in the dialog box. You can set more details to customize the parameters for the output M4R as you need.

M4R is an iPhone Ringtone. It is the same as the M4A format (which is more commonly known as the AAC format) but with the file renamed from M4A to M4R.
